Qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
  • 15 to 20 years of construction experience with at least 4 years as Construction Director in UAE or GCC
  • Demonstrated delivery of construction projects of AED 200,000,000 or more as lead construction director
  • Strong knowledge of UAE municipality inspection processes and occupancy certificate requirements
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification plus UAE HSE officer experience
  • Experience managing FIDIC contract subcontract chains and EOT claim responses
  • Arabic language skills preferred for authority inspectors and subcontractor management
  • Pre-opening and commissioning experience across commercial, residential, or infrastructure project types
