Permanent hires for onshore UAE entities are governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. Hires for DIFC-registered entities fall under DIFC Employment Law No. 2 of 2019. Hires for ADGM entities follow the ADGM Employment Regulations 2019. Probation periods under onshore UAE law must not exceed six months. Fixed-term contracts must not exceed three years for initial terms under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.
RFS provides contract staffing for both remote and on-site arrangements. On-site contract staff are placed under UAE visa sponsorship with MOHRE-registered employment contracts. Remote contracts are structured under the applicable employment jurisdiction agreed between RFS, the client, and the contractor. All contract arrangements include payroll management and monthly processing support.
RFS tracks your Emiratisation quota gap under Cabinet Resolution No. 18 of 2022 as part of every permanent recruitment engagement. Nafis-eligible UAE nationals are prioritised in shortlists for clients in the 14 MOHRE-designated sectors.
