About Our Client :
Our client is transforming global banking infrastructure through advanced TCS BaNCS deployments. This senior-level role will lead development and customization efforts in the Payments module, managing client-facing initiatives and guiding product strategy in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead design and customization efforts for the TCS BaNCS Payments product.
- Drive architecture decisions, integrations, and payment-specific enhancements.
- Manage client requirements, interface development, and technical solutioning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability across deployments.
- Participate in client calls, design discussions, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience with TCS BaNCS, specifically within the Payments module.
- Deep understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and Bancs architecture.
- Proven experience in solution design, client interaction, and technical leadership.
- Expertise in customization layers, interfaces, and integration protocols.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps tools, and enterprise delivery standards.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
