About Our Client:
Our client is a premier construction and MEP contracting firm managing landmark projects across the UAE. This role leads end-to-end execution of MEP works on major construction projects, ensuring coordination, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of all MEP components on-site.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure MEP integration.
- Review technical submittals, project schedules, and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor compliance with project specs.
- Drive resolution of technical issues and interface with client representatives.
- Ensure project milestones, safety standards, and QA/QC processes are met.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of MEP project management experience in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven experience leading high-rise, hospitality, or infrastructure developments.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP certification or similar project credentials is a plus.
