Qualifications required

  • LLB or LLM from a recognised institution
  • 10 to 16 years of legal experience with at least 4 years at director level in UAE or GCC
  • UAE, DIFC, or ADGM legal practitioner admission or equivalent qualification
  • Deep knowledge of UAE commercial law, Federal Companies Law, and sector-specific regulations
  • Arabic legal drafting and advisory skills preferred
  • Experience managing complex UAE and GCC transactions at director level
  • Strong people management and team development skills
  • Board-level legal risk communication experience
