About Our Client:
Our esteemed client, a top Direct Selling Agent (DSA) in Dubai, is in need of a business development manager to handle sales for different banks. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing entities in the industry.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers, focusing on liabilities, payroll, and cross-selling retail products.
- Target large corporate and SME segments to enhance sales volume.
- Business Development and Portfolio Management:
- Drive business development initiatives and establish portfolio management strategies.
- Formulate tie-ups with SMEs for cross-selling multi-products, contributing to overall team goals.
- Manage a team of Relationship Executives, providing leadership to achieve sales targets and effective client relationship management.
- Encourage cross-selling and facilitate referrals to other areas of the bank.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Independently handle Customer Relationship Management for corporate sales, ensuring the implementation of customer satisfaction and retention functions.
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction and service quality levels, ensuring consistency with client expectations.
- Product Management and Sales Support.
- Explore, enhance, and build new relationships within the existing portfolio of SMEs and large corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team for business development and sales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in retail banking with a focus on liabilities and multi-product sales.
- Strong understanding of specialized, higher-end products offered to retail and private banking customers.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of Relationship Executives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to produce and interpret management statistics.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry.
