About Our Client:
Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Riyadh dedicated to providing high-quality medical care and innovative surgical solutions. As a Consultant Laparoscopic Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in our surgical department, utilizing advanced laparoscopic techniques to diagnose and treat patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of laparoscopic surgical procedures with precision and proficiency, including but not limited to cholecystectomy, appendectomy, colectomy, and other minimally invasive surgeries.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their well-being throughout the surgical process.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgical staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, residents, and fellows, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill development. Contribute to educational initiatives and participate in academic programs.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts, implement evidence-based practices, and participate in research activities to advance surgical techniques and patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Board certification or equivalent in General Surgery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Fellowship training in minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of laparoscopic procedures independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
