The specification required by our client of an experienced and skilled Consultant Neurologist to join their best medical team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations, assessments, and diagnoses of patients with various neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans by established medical protocols and standards of care.
- Provide expert consultation to colleagues and medical staff on complex neurological cases.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and other neurophysiological studies.
- Works together with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.
- Stay updated with advancements in neurology research, treatments, and technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution; completion of a neurology residency program.
- Board certification or equivalent in Neurology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience as a Consultant Neurologist, with at least 7 years of clinical practice.
- Expertise in recognizing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging trends in neurology.
