About Our Client:
Our client is a leading healthcare institution in Riyadh, KSA, known for its exceptional medical services and commitment to paediatric care. They are currently seeking a skilled Paediatric Anesthesiologist to join their team and support their mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anaesthesia to paediatric patients undergoing surgeries, diagnostic procedures, and other medical treatments.
- Monitor patient’s vital signs and adjust anaesthetic levels as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive anaesthetic plans.
- Perform preoperative evaluations to assess patients’ medical history, allergies, and other relevant factors.
- Provide postoperative care, including pain management and monitoring recovery from anaesthesia.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of anaesthesia administration and patient responses.
- Stay current with advancements in paediatric anaesthesia and participate in continuing education and training programmes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in paediatric anesthesiology.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialisation in anesthesiology.
- Board certification or equivalent in anesthesiology, with a focus on paediatric anesthesiology.
- Valid medical licence to practice in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of anaesthetic techniques, pharmacology, and paediatric physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and make critical decisions.
