About Our Client: 

Our client, a prominent provider of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions and services headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Currently, they are seeking a dedicated project manager to drive the successful execution of their initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. 
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.  
• Coordinate communication and alignment among stakeholders, team members, and clients.  
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. 
• Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.  
• Facilitate requirement gathering, scope definition, and conflict resolution through meetings and workshops.  
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.  
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, status, and performance metrics to stakeholders and management.  
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.  
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, preferably in cybersecurity or related domains.  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  
• Proficient problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.  
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.  
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
