About Our Client:
One of the Leading Financial Institutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the comprehensive visa lifecycle for employees, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end visa lifecycle for employees, overseeing new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Stay abreast of the latest UAE visa and immigration regulations, offering insights to management on potential impacts.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all visa applications to prevent delays or rejections.
- Collaborate with government departments and immigration authorities to address and resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Supervise the processing of labor cards and work permits for new employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain precise records of all employee labor and immigration documents.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with MOHRE, Federal Authority of Emirates ID, GDRFA, and other government entities.
- Monitor the status of company licenses, quotas, and ensure files are consistently up-to-date.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE visa and labor regulations, encompassing various visa categories, eligibility requirements, and processing procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with relevant UAE government online systems and applications is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
