About Our Client:
Our client is a global digital solutions provider focused on implementing advanced customer experience (CX) platforms and enterprise technologies. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Qualtrics specialist to lead solution implementation, integration, and customization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of the Qualtrics platform.
- Create and manage surveys with advanced logic and customization.
- Develop and optimize EDMs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate Qualtrics with other systems and apps through APIs.
- Automate workflows and manage platform directories.
- Design and build dashboards, manage SLA-based workflows, and drive data automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor CX solutions to business needs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Qualtrics.
- CX certification or significant experience in the CX side of Qualtrics is highly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of Qualtrics platform features, automation, and integration capabilities.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building responsive custom solutions.
- Experience with API integrations and automation processes.
- Strong understanding of dashboards, SLA management, and survey data workflows.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts effectively.
