Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of test plans to validate solution deployments according to requirements.
- Configuration of test environments and tools to support the test lifecycles.
- Assisting the solution architect to ensure designs are fully testable.
- Development of test suites/scripts to validate quality and ensure requirements are met.
- Development and configuration of test automation are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manual execution of test suites where automation is not possible. • Verification of production service monitoring and alerting.
- Assisting with security testing and security evaluation of developed solutions.
- Issue identification and assisting others in any root cause analysis.
- Defect and issue management and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience within software testing and/or development roles.
- Proficiency in the development of test solutions based on solution specifications.
- Proven experience of delivering pragmatic quality controls within given timeframes.
- Knowledge of quality control, test automation techniques, and production monitoring.
- Experience in the testing and verification of web-based solutions and screen flow.
- Knowledge of micro-service architectures and the testing of micro-services and APIs.
