UI / UX Developer

Key Responsibilities:

As an  UI/UX developers, you will, 

• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms while focusing on enhancing user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product designs.
• Develop responsive, interactive, and reusable components using ReactJS and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both design and functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
• Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure the front-end and user experience meet business goals.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Translate user stories and requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize the performance of web applications by ensuring high scalability and minimal load times.
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure the application is usable by all users.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive designs.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to conduct thorough testing and address bugs and issues promptly.

Requirements:

As an  UI/UX developers you should have,

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• 5+ years of experience
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of UI/UX research methodologies and tools (e.g., usability testing, heatmaps).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Familiarity with back-end development or full-stack development practices.
• Experience working with UI/UX Design Systems and ensuring consistency across different products and platforms.
• Exceptional eye for design details and user experience enhancements.
•  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for design and technical challenges.
•  Ability to communicate ideas clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•  Able to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, and iterative development environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks, and adapt to evolving technologies
