  • 15 to 20 years of hotel operations experience, including at least 3 years as a multi-property or cluster GM in UAE or GCC
  • Demonstrated track record managing combined hotel revenue of AED 100,000,000 or more
  • Strong owner and asset management relationship experience in UAE or GCC markets
  • Deep understanding of DTCM, Abu Dhabi DET, and UAE municipality licensing across multiple hotel categories
  • Arabic language skills preferred for UAE government, owner, and community engagement
  • Pre-opening experience across multiple hotel projects preferred
