Qualifications required
- LLB or LLM from a recognised institution
- 10 to 16 years of legal experience with at least 4 years at director level in UAE or GCC
- UAE, DIFC, or ADGM legal practitioner admission or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of UAE commercial law, Federal Companies Law, and sector-specific regulations
- Arabic legal drafting and advisory skills preferred
- Experience managing complex UAE and GCC transactions at director level
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Board-level legal risk communication experience
