About our client:
Our client is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services in
AlUla, Saudi Arabia. They are looking for an experienced health operation analyst with a specialization in
healthcare industry. Ideal candidates should have the following requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client and business units to ensure business continuity.
- Work as first line to report any downtime for all project systems.
- Troubleshoot and investigate any issues that arise from the technical systems in order to comply with SLAs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights and provide suggestions to improve the health experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline healthcare processes, workflows, aiming to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Communicate findings to business and technology units to enhance current systems.
Qualifications And Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an operations analyst (or 4+ years with a master’s degree in MIS, IS, or similar).
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or process improvement within a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology used in healthcare analytics.
- ITEL certificate preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
