Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Psychiatry Specialist to join our esteemed team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients across various age groups and diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to determine diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and patient needs, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, or other therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatments.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution, specializing in Psychiatry.
- Board certification or equivalent in Psychiatry.
- Valid license to practice Psychiatry in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Psychiatry Specialist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
