About Our Client:
Our client is a prime healthcare organization requiring a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Haematologist to join their medical facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to provide effective consultation and careful treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer specialized consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with various hematologic conditions, including but not limited to anemia, bleeding disorders, clotting disorders, and blood cancers.
- Provide comprehensive care plans, oversee treatments, and monitor patient progress, ensuring high-quality, reliable care.
- To optimize patient treatment strategies, lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hematopathologists, oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform or interpret bone marrow aspirates, biopsies, and other specialized hematologic diagnostic tests as required.
- Engage in academic and research activities, contribute to scholarly publications, and participate in educational initiatives for medical staff, residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution, with specialty certification in Haematology.
- Board certification or equivalent in Haematology is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Consultant Haematologist, demonstrating expertise in managing a wide range of hematologic disorders.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning, research, and staying updated with advancements in the field.
- Compliance with medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
