About Our Client:
Our client is a well-known manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia that produces various industrial products. Their automated facilities and advanced technologies enable them to meet the ever-evolving demands of the market efficiently. They are seeking an SAP Ariba functional consultant to streamline their procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth business process analyses, translating client needs into optimal SAP Ariba configurations and workflows.
- Create and execute SAP Ariba modules, such as Supplier Management, Contracts, Sourcing, and Procurement Analytics, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices.
- To mitigate resistance and promote buy-in, drive organizational adoption through efficient communication, training, and user support.
- Use SAP Ariba’s automation features to analyze and optimize the procurement process to reduce cycle times and administrative work.
- Utilize SAP Ariba reporting and analytics tools to generate actionable insights, track performance metrics, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve SAP Ariba technical issues, provide ongoing support, and ensure system stability.
- Stay ahead of the curve by actively upskilling on the latest SAP Ariba innovations and industry trends.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, promoting seamless collaboration and project success.
Requirements:
- Mastery of SAP Ariba Suite, including in-depth knowledge of Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Procurement Analytics modules.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices and global sourcing methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management and professional skills, as well as multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a valuable asset.
