Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Riyadh, KSA, committed to delivering exceptional emergency medical services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage patient registration processes in the Emergency Room.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Conduct assessments and provide medical guidance in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise junior staff and provide training and support as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Valid CCT or CSST+.
- Proven experience in emergency medicine or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using EMR software and medical documentation systems.
