About Our Client:
Our client, a leading organization with a strong focus on IT and technological innovation, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager. This hybrid role, based in KSA and India, offers opportunities to lead transformative technical projects while driving innovation and advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Senior Technical Project Manager, you will,
- Assess Current Processes (Identify bottlenecks, Gather Feedback and analyze Metrics)
- Define Objectives (Align with Business Strategy & set clear goals)
- Adopt an appropriate SDLC Model (Deploy best strategy out of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall etc.) & customize the framework to fit organizational culture.
- Implement Modern Tools and Technologies (Implement version control system, project management tools, CI/CD, Code Quality tools, etc.)
- Standardize best practices (Coding standards, Documentation, Testing protocols etc.)
- Automate Repetitive Tasks (Automation Testing, handle infrastructure provisioning and config/Autoscaling etc.)
- Emphasize Security and compliance
- Monitor and further optimize (Track metrics, and Iterate)
- Along this process, the consultant will also recommend corrections in the team structure and also arrange for the right set of resources for the open roles.
Requirements:
As an Senior Technical Project Manager you should have,
- Proven experience working with education institutions (colleges, universities, or schools).
- Strong track record in managing technical projects in the higher education domain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business
