About Our Client:
Our client is a leading courier and logistics company with a strong footprint in domestic and international shipping solutions. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, develop high-value client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring KPI achievement and skills development.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in courier, logistics, or related industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of courier, freight forwarding, and e-commerce delivery solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
