Our client is a regional banking leader offering a wide portfolio of cash management solutions to corporate and institutional clients. With operations across the GCC and global financial hubs, their transaction banking division focuses on innovation, digitization, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage core cash management products including payments, collections, liquidity, and account services.
Define product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans tailored to client needs and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, tech, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
Track product performance, revenue, and client adoption; take action to optimize growth and profitability.
Engage with fintech partners and explore third-party integrations to enhance service capabilities.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in cash management or transaction banking product roles.
Strong knowledge of corporate payments, liquidity solutions, and market regulations.
Proven track record of launching and scaling banking products across geographies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in large financial institutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
