About Our Client:

Our client is a growing logistics company offering end-to-end supply chain solutions. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing operations, financials, and team leadership at a key regional branch, ensuring efficiency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure alignment with company policies and standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability
  • Lead and manage branch staff to meet sales, service, and operational targets
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly
  • Monitor local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, expense control, and revenue forecasting
  • Collaborate with head office and senior management to align local performance with company-wide goals
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on branch activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations including transportation and warehousing
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
