About Our Client:

Our client is a logistics and supply chain company focused on expanding its global footprint. The Export Sales Manager will lead the development of international sales strategies, manage relationships with overseas clients and partners, and ensure regulatory compliance in all export operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow export sales and international market share 
  • Identify and build relationships with global clients, agents, distributors, and partners 
  • Conduct market research to uncover new regions and customer segments 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international customers 
  • Ensure full compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely export transactions 
  • Monitor global competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly 
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings 
  • Generate detailed export sales reports and provide performance insights to leadership 
  • Lead, train, and motivate the export sales team to achieve business targets 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors 
  • Strong understanding of international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and global shipping procedures 
  • Established network of international clients and industry stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance standards 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
