About Our Client:
Our client is a leading construction firm in the UAE, known for delivering landmark residential and commercial developments. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from design to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
- Lead cross-functional teams including subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Review contracts, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8–12 years of experience in large-scale construction project management.
- Proven record of leading residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
