About Our Client:
Our client is a reputed multi-specialty healthcare group managing hospitals and clinics across the UAE. They are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of medical departments and clinical units.
- Implement operational policies to improve patient care efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage staffing, budgets, and compliance.
- Monitor clinical KPIs and performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in hospital or clinical management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards (JCI, DHA, DOH).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
