About Our Client:
Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel group with properties across the GCC. They are hiring a Front Office Manager to oversee guest services, reservations, and front desk operations, ensuring a premium guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Oversee guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing processes.
- Implement guest satisfaction programs and service quality improvements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and reservations teams.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, and revenue reports.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in front office or guest services roles.
- Prior experience in 4- or 5-star hotel chains required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, PMS) preferred.
