A property development company seeks an Accountant to handle financial transactions and reporting for real estate portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Track project expenses and budgets.
- Support audits and VAT filings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
