Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project bids.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 6–9 years of business development experience in oil & gas.
- In-depth knowledge of ADNOC tendering and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
