About Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing multinational operating across the retail and services sectors. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals and lead HR initiatives across their regional offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
  • Manage performance management, employee relations, and talent development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change and workforce planning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and HR frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.
