About Our Client:
Our client is an established Digital and IT company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client is currently looking for a pivotal HR Manager to lead the department and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations for the business organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Developing employee handbooks and ensuring policy awareness.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Enhance organization development and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
- Develop performance management programs to ensure that employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Make sure that you keep employees’ records and documents up to date.
- Keep an eye on the attendance sheet.
- Own the recruitment process from A to Z and can work on many positions simultaneously.
- Explaining the company benefits to the candidates during the recruitment process.
- Make sure to deliver a positive experience throughout the candidate’s journey.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls).
- Send offer letters and contracts to the accepted candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Prepare laptops and emails for new employees.
- Coordinate the issuing of exit/ re-entry visas and HR letters.
- Add and remove employees from medical and social insurance.
- Conduct appraisals and performance evaluations.
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Leading employment branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in the HR field.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Talented in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- A postgraduate diploma in the HR field is a plus.
- Experience in IT/ Tech recruitment is a big advantage.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Being agile and multi-tasker.
- Experience in conducting CBI interviews
- Saudi Nationals are required.
