About Our Client 

Our client specializes in energy and AI ventures. They are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resource Coordinator to join their team and support our HR functions in KSA. 


Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will, 

  • Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes. 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Coordinate and support HR activities and events. 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise on necessary adjustments. 
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in accordance with legal and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. 
  • Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management and regulatory bodies. 
  • Support audits and inspections related to HR compliance. 
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on HR administration and compliance. 
  • Proficient knowledge of HR administration, labor law, and compliance. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 
  • Saudi nationality is required.
