A multinational firm operating in logistics and trade seeks a Legal Advisor to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise on corporate structuring, risk, and regulatory issues.
- Support compliance audits and legal documentation.
- Represent the company in external legal proceedings when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); UAE or UK qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial or corporate law.
- Knowledge of UAE labor, commercial, and free zone regulations.
- Strong drafting and advisory skills.
