About Our Client:

Our client is a diversified holding company with interests across finance, retail, and construction. They are seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on corporate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise management on legal risks, corporate governance, and compliance.
  • Liaise with external counsel on litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi and international laws.
  • Support M&A activities, due diligence, and transaction documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • 7–10 years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations or law firms.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Excellent understanding of GCC corporate laws and regulations
