𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Transaction Processing — Central Operations
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 0–3 years in Banking / Operations / Customer Service
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: University Degree or Diploma
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Process loan disbursements, bookings, settlements, and maintenance activities
- Approve loan-related financial transactions for retail and corporate accounts
- Verify documentation including DDA, liability letters, and mortgage releases
- Issue manager’s cheques and coordinate cheque re-issuance
- Reconcile accounts, suspense items, and liability collections
- Liaise with branches and internal teams to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and strict confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
