𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Remittance — COPS
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗼: Team Leader / Financial Operations Manager
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Process inward and outward TTs, WPS, FTS, and Internet Banking transactions
- Ensure payments are executed within cutoff times and regulatory guidelines
- Verify applications, signatures, and supporting documentation
- Handle remittance inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Monitor SWIFT messages, acknowledgements, and daily reconciliations
- Perform funding, settlement, and Nostro-related checks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure EOD balances are reconciled
- Support FTU activities as backup Maker staff
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Basic knowledge of remittance operations and payment systems
- High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
