About the Client:
Our client is a leading provider of MEP solutions, known for delivering high-quality swimming pool and water feature equipment. As they expand their operations, they need an experienced MEP Sales Engineer to handle business development, lead generation, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a MEP Equipment Sales Engineer / MEP Sales Specialist, you will:
- Identify and follow up on potential leads, converting them into successful deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales for swimming pool and water feature equipment.
- Track and manage a pipeline of potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and consultants to ensure continued sales growth.
- Ensure the company’s products are included in consultant project specifications.
- Regularly visit contractors, engaging in daily sales discussions and project negotiations.
- Communicate effectively, building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ensuring consistent sales performance.
Requirements:
As a MEP Equipment Sales Engineer / MEP Sales Specialist, you should have,
- For MEP Sales Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
- For MEP Sales Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP equipment sales within the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong B2B sales abilities, with a confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills, securing partnerships with contractors and consultants.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
