About Our Client:

Our client is one of the major medical facilities serving the people of Riyadh in KSA. They are currently looking for an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Senior Registrar to enhance their team and ensure efficient and smooth service delivery in the respective department at the facility. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive physical healthcare services to women, including prenatal care, childbirth, postnatal care, family planning, and management of gynaecological conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments, including detailed patient histories and physical examinations.
  • Perform routine and specialised gynaecological procedures.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests specific to gynaecology & obstetrics.
  • Implement personalised patient treatment plans, integrating medicine, patient preferences, and individualised reproductive health goals.
  • Manage and follow up on gynaecological conditions, such as prenatal care, menstrual disorders, and preventative women’s health exams and screenings.
  • Provide counselling and education on reproductive health, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, and other women’s health issues.
  • Utilise electronic medical records (EMR) and other technology platforms to maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote quality research activities and clinical audits to enhance patient care and outcomes in obstetrics and gynaecology.

  • A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), or equivalent medical degree from a recognised institution.
  • Completion of a residency programme in obstetrics and gynaecology.
  • A valid medical licence to practice medicine in the relevant country or region.
  • Certification by a relevant medical board CCT/CSST+
  • Prior experience working in obstetrics and gynaecology, often including not less than 3 years of postgraduate experience in the speciality.
  • Additional fellowship training in subspecialties within obstetrics and gynaecology Proficiency in clinical procedures related to obstetrics and gynaecology.
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage emergencies in obstetrics and gynaecology.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Research skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Professional attributes include empathy, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong ethical standards.
