𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗼: Operations Manager
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1–2 years in Banking Operations / Retail / Customer Service
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: University Degree or Diploma
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Scrutinize documents and update systems for account onboarding and maintenance
- Perform KYC updates and compliance checks in line with policies and regulations
- Process account opening, closing, amendments, and dormant account activation
- Manage blocks, signature validation, cheque book and ATM issuance activities
- Handle court cases, switch portal requests, and service requests within SLA
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams to resolve queries
- Support audit readiness and adhere to compliance and operational standards
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and risk controls
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
