About Our Client:
Our client is a leading courier and logistics provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering nationwide and cross-border delivery solutions. They are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational performance, optimize resources, and ensure service excellence in line with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including sorting, routing, and delivery across multiple locations.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service.
- Lead operational planning, workforce management, and resource allocation.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Liaise with sales, customer service, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of operational management experience in courier, logistics, or freight industries.
- Strong knowledge of KSA logistics regulations, routing, and infrastructure.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
