Our client is a leading regional FMCG manufacturer and distributor managing multiple product categories including food, beverage, and personal care items. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to optimize production and logistics efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve cost and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehousing teams.
- Prepare operational budgets and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement across the production cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG operations management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and lean processes.
