About Our Client:

A luxury property developer specializing in residential and mixed-use projects is seeking Sales Executives to expand its Dubai team and achieve sales targets for upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful property sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property inventory and market trends.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • RERA certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
