A luxury property developer specializing in residential and mixed-use projects is seeking Sales Executives to expand its Dubai team and achieve sales targets for upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful property sales.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property inventory and market trends.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
