About Our Client
Our client, a leading provider of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions and services based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers and team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies at both the project and portfolio levels.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to contribute to strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, including experience with project portfolio management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
