Our client is a reputable healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional mental health services. Prioritizing patient-centric care, innovation, and the continuous professional development of dedicated medical team. Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join their psychiatric department in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of patients with diverse mental health conditions.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs, including medication management, therapy, and other modalities.
● Provide expert psychiatric consultation to colleagues, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
● Perform and interpret psychiatric assessments, including psychological testing and diagnostic interviews.
● Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
● Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records in compliance with established protocols and standards.
● Participate in and contribute to clinical meetings, case conferences, and educational activities within the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Medical degree from a recognized institution; completion of psychiatry residency and fellowship programs.
● Board certification or equivalent in Psychiatry.
● Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one.
● Proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical practice.
● In-depth knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and managing various psychiatric disorders across different age groups.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
● Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in psychiatry.
