About our client:
Our client is the prime healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. Our client requires a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Otolaryngology (ENT) to join their prestigious medical facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide expert care in diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of patients with ENT-related conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients, including medical or surgical interventions as necessary.
- Perform surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, and throat with precision and adherence to established protocols.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory tests, to aid in accurate diagnoses.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Ensure that medical records are current and correct while adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine, participate in continuous medical education, and contribute to research initiatives where applicable.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution specializing in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Valid board certification or equivalent in ENT.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ENT Specialist in a reputable healthcare setting.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of ENT procedures and surgeries.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Eligibility for licensing/registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) is required.
