About Our Client:
Our Client is a prominent software firm providing CRM services to various businesses in Saudi Arabia and is known for its commitment and dedication to delivering innovation. They are seeking a talented CRM Consultant to join their team and play a key role in equipping businesses with automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a complete requirement analysis and assessments to comprehend the client’s current CRM setup, challenges, and future goals.
 - Provide expert consultation on selecting the right CRM platform according to the client’s needs and business objectives.
 - Assist in implementing and configuring the chosen CRM system and make sure it aligns with the client’s workflows and processes.
 - Develop an effective data migration plans and execute the process efficiently.
 - Design and implement tailored dashboards and reports to provide insights into customer data and KPIs.
 - Train and help in accommodating customer support on the new CRM system to ensure smooth adoption.
 - Locate and update ongoing system enhancements and automation opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee successful project delivery and ongoing system maintenance.
 
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a CRM Consultant or in a similar role.
 - Experience in implementing and configuring major CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar.
 - Understanding of data migration principles and methodologies.
 - Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to locate and troubleshoot system issues.
 - Effective communication and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team set up with a capacity for multitasking.
 - Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Arabic will be preferred.
