Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of swimming pool projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the design and engineering process for swimming pool projects, including structural analysis, hydraulic calculations, and material selection.
- Oversee the construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure swimming pool structures’ durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about the industry standards related to swimming pool construction, ensuring full compliance in all projects.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with swimming pool projects and implement appropriate mitigation measures to minimize liabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the swimming pool industry.
- Proficiency in structural design software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to relevant projects.
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage various projects at once
- The ability to interact confidently with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Professional certification or licensure as a Civil Engineer is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is desirable.
