RFS are working with a client who is a dynamic and innovative healthcare technology company, dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry. They are looking to hire a Sales Executive and this role will act as a key player in their mission to drive business growth and establish strategic partnerships in the Middle East’s healthcare sector.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, the primary responsibility will be to assist in identifying and engaging with new clients through diverse channels, including cold calling, fostering industry relationships and leveraging client referrals. In addition, sales forecasts and meeting quotas will be essential in this role, as well as your ability to understand clients’ unique pain points and technology needs within the healthcare domain.
This role will require confident presentation skills, combined with deep healthcare knowledge, to effectively showcase the industry-leading solutions. Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate sales lead tracking and pipeline in Salesforce will also be a daily task.
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in both English and Arabic, possess strong technical skills including expertise in CRM tools, demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales cycle, exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, and maintain a strong work ethic along with a positive attitude.
To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales. Prior work experience in the UAE or Gulf Countries, a background in healthcare technology and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. This position is a full-time role based in Dubai. Travel within the UAE and Gulf Countries may be required as part of the job responsibilities.
